Returns

We accept returns for items purchased directly from Inlaybone within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at info@inlaybone.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you want to return the item.

Once we receive your email, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, as well as the address to which it should be sent. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@inlaybone.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
